Coming back from the Q-nomy annual conference, which was held in Barcelona between November 6-8, we got asked a lot about how the city was, was there much commotion or was it relaxed as usual? Well the honest answer is – as much as we love Barcelona, how could it be relaxed when Q-nomy is in town…?
Q-nomy's annual conference is now a tradition, dating back to 2007, making this year's event the very festive 10th conference! In a manner suitable to such an occasion, it was a particularly exciting gathering of the business leadership and technology experts of Q-nomy and its main channel partners.
What made this year's conference so exhilarating was the maturing of the Q-Flow 6 platform (launched at the beginning of 2017), now forming the foundation for a whole new range of cloud services and online tools.
Most of these new services, presented to our partners during the event, will also be announced publicly over the coming days and weeks, effectively cementing Q‑nomy's position at the center of the most advanced eco-system available today for Omnichannel customer journey optimization and customer experience management.
This is also a great opportunity to express our thanks to all the partners who attended the event – many of them also sharing their own development efforts, and presenting some great applications for the Q-Flow 6 platform. We would not be here without their partnership and trust!
