Davivienda Bank Maximizes Customer Satisfaction With Q-Flow

Davivienda, a Colombian bank with branches across Central America, reports achieving a customer satisfaction score of 9 out of 10, following the implementation of Q-Flow OmniService Video Appointments.

The bank was previously using Q-Flow to manage traditional walk-in meetings. Following the pandemic, and in light of advancements in service technologies and customer expectations, the bank decided to offer its clients the convenience of scheduling virtual appointments.
