After receiving rave reviews in our annual sales kick off in Barcelona last week, we are very proud to announce we just launched Q-Market, the first app market dedicated to omni-channel customer-journey optimization apps.
Q-Market not only enables Q-nomy’s customers and partners to add business applications that improve customer journeys; it also showcases what can be accomplished through omni-channel, customer-centric technology.
It’s important to note those two main goals we will achieve with Q-Market:
1. Creating a vibrant community of avid CX and customer journey experts that will explore, use and challenge the available tools we offer for omni-channel customer journey optimization, and -
2. Enabling Q-nomy customers and the general CX and customer journey community to suggest and develop their own Q-Flow based Q-Apps to suit their specific needs, and in turn release them to the community either for free or as a paid app.
What are Q-Market apps (Q-Apps) anyway? Q-Apps are Q-Flow customizations, pre-packaged for easy install, use and maintenance. They further enhance Q-Flow by complementing its customer centric processes, and extending its capabilities in innovative ways.
The Q-Market currently offers apps like Field Agent Bot, which is an app that provides interactive chat-based real-time updates to roaming agents’ schedules, Playzone, an app that uses Kahoot to playfully engage waiting customers, and Video Call Manager, an app that enables agents to both initiate and receive scheduled and unscheduled video calls with customers directly from the familiar Q-Flow Service Console, and many others. More apps would be added to the market on a monthly basis.
