Q-nomy presents new suite of omnichannel customer service applications

Q-nomy today released its new "OmniService" suite of Q‑Apps, enhancing the omnichannel capabilities of the Q-Flow® software platform.

The applications include infrastructure components, as well as specific channel management tools for video, chat and voice. The company also presented Q-Apps enabling immediate integration of Zoom and MS Teams videoconferencing into customer journeys managed by Q-Flow.

The OmniService suite is expected to grow in the future with more applications, tools and integrated services.

OmniService Q-Apps are now available from Q-nomy's certified resellers and on Q-nomy's Q‑Market, where they can be acquired and deployed by Q-nomy customers running up-to-date versions of Q-Flow.
