Looking to Africa

African markets had long since been of interest to Q-nomy: we have seen growing interest in our products, and an increased demand for solutions that help organizations – businesses and government – improve their customer experience.

In 2018, we have more than doubled the number of active channel partners delivering our Q-Flow software in North America, which is great; and now, as we turn to look closer at the opportunities presented by the diverse economies of Africa, we kick off 2019 having just signed up two new partners in that continent, both of which employ experienced Q-Flow specialists.

Adgortech, located in Namibia, employs an experienced Q-Flow delivery team who already implemented customer experience and customer flow management solutions based on Q-nomy's software platform before.

NIP, serving Zimbabwe from its local office and partnering in Angola to serve that growing economy as well, is a leading provider of solutions to Government agencies and have successfully deployed Q-Flow solutions in the region.

Now, with both of these integrators onboarded as fully certified Q-nomy channel partners, alongside the existing partners in South Africa, we are set to push forward and make an impact in the region, in empowering local organizations to provide their customers the best, and most efficient, customer service.

Of course this is only scratching the surface of the African market's potential – and we will be looking to engage in more local partnership opportunities (and yes, this is an invite to join our partners network!).
