Q-Flow is offered in a number of flavors, optimizing the customer experience per the specifications of different industries, such as retail, government, telco and finance. Q-nomy also offers a dedicated solution for healthcare providers, which successfully manages the complexity involved in the scheduling and management of medical processes and resources, supporting staff efforts and resulting in improved patient experience.

Currently available on Microsoft's AppSource are the Q-Flow solution for healthcare – "Patient Journey Platform", and the Q-Flow solution for retail and financial institutions – "Customer Journey Platform".
