Israeli Government uses Q-nomy solution to manage customer phone meetings

A majority of the ministries and agencies of the Israeli Government have been using Q‑nomy's Q-Flow® customer flow management platform for several years, and many have adopted the myVisit web and mobile app solution to allow citizens to schedule their appointments online.

Since the Covid-19 outbreak in 2020, many agencies have opted to switch from in-person meetings to online appointments. Using Q-nomy's OmniService software, many began to offer phone meetings.

Some of the Government agencies and companies currently offering phone call scheduling using myVisit are the Department of Transportation (DMV), The National Insurance, The Electric Company, The Department of Justice, and more.
