Journey Builder, which introduced Online Booking in 2024 as a structured web-based appointment scheduling tool, now expands into a multi-journey design framework. Journey Builder provides a no-code design tool that enables organizations to build customer journeys without requiring deep technical knowledge or custom development.

Decision Tree is the second building block in this growing framework, introducing structured digital information capture to the customer journey. It enables data collection before an appointment, prior to scheduling, or after service is complete. Customers submit what's needed on their own time. Staff receive it before the interaction begins, arriving prepared and able to focus on the person in front of them rather than the paperwork.

Decision Tree works with Online Booking to create more complete service journeys. Journey Builder designs the journey stages. The Q-Flow platform orchestrates the end-to-end flow.
