Q-nomy Releases Virtual Lobby Version 5
Virtual Lobby extends service orchestration to customers' mobile devices—no app installation required. Customers access Virtual Lobby through personalized SMS or email links, QR codes at service locations, or direct links from other Q-Flow components such as Online Booking.
Customers can check in for appointments, join service queues digitally, receive real-time updates on wait times, and manage appointments. They transition directly into in-person, phone, or video service when called.
Version 5 introduces three major enhancements: push notifications that reach customers even when they're not actively checking their phone, modern architecture that improves performance and security, and centralized management that simplifies administration.
Together, these upgrades deliver a smoother, more reliable experience for both customers and staff, further strengthening Q-nomy's position as a leader in omnichannel customer journey management.
Virtual Lobby is available as an add-on to the Q-Flow platform. Further expansion is planned for Q3 2026 with Intake Journey integration, enabling structured digital entry into service workflows through the Q-Flow Journey Builder framework.
