Q-Flow Appointment Management is an enterprise-wide solution automating the complete appointment cycle from scheduling, arrival, and case recording, to agent advisories and alerts.
The system provides online scheduling and a call-center oriented interface for finding the best match vacancy, based on the customer's needs.
Upon arrival Q-flow identifies the customer and routes them to the appropriate agent allocated for the appointment. Agents are alerted of their appointments arrival and are prepared with advisories specific to the customer & case profile. Agents may document case transactions throughout their meeting, maintaining a current record of customer relations for future appointments.
